- Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

Shipping Locations
- We deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural areas within India.
- Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or remote locations that are out of the reach of courier services.
Order Issues
- Address Changes: Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to change the address after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us. We will assist you in coordinating with the courier, but GirlsRamp is not liable once the package has been marked as delivered.
- Delivery Delays: Although we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical issues may occur. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pin codes. A handling fee may apply for COD orders, which will be displayed during checkout.
